Here! On the morning of August 31, our technical consultant Dr. Fan had training on formulation and vulcanization of neoprene and nitrile butadiene rubber to core staff of technology, quality and production.
The scene of training
This training is a part of technical training system of our company. Based on the actual problems in production, the reasons are analyzed and solutions are discussed to increase the ability to deal with sudden product problems on the spot and change the thinking angle of product problems. What's more special is to pay attention to the cultivation and construction of reserve talents echelon. This can really be described as:
Small class teaching, change the way of thinking and increase choice;
Combat preparing, apply knowledge and produce best goods with wisdom.
